The focus of JN is to keep communication lines open in the team while following the project program and keeping the project on schedule and on budget.

JN has the experience to step in and support contractors when more resources are needed. In addition, specialty construction such as bridges or marine construction are areas where JN has expertise to step into a leadership role to produce results

Retail and Office Tenants are interested in completing the interior finish in order to open for business. In addition, tenants want to monitor and control the finish costs to stay as close to the lease allowance as possible. JN will manage designers (and assist in designer selection, if requested), as well as price interim design to give tenants the timely feedback needed for prompt design and budget related decisions. Then JN will bid out the plans in order to give the tenant the best price for the design.
